All products are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any other means available. Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Danae Alpaca & Co, and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer. Purchase insurance for packing misplacement or loss for the value of your order and we will cover it.

Depending on your country of residence, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations outside the United States, shipping costs will apply and will vary depending on box dimensions, weight, and international geographic location. Our preferred payment method for shipping costs is PayPal (we will send you an email with a payment link attached) we also offer other different payment options, please feel free to contact us by email or by phone (913- 271-3474 or info@classicalpaca.com) to obtain a different payment method, if necessary.
After processing your order you will have 5 business days to make the shipping payment, otherwise the order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
