Refund Policy

**Returns Policy** At Danae Alpaca & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer store or exchanges only, as most of items are handmade or sourced from Peru. To initiate a return, please ensure item is unworn, in its original condition with tags still attached, and contact us Danae@danaealpaca.com. All must be received within 7 business days of delivery, and please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for resolution. Thank you for shopping with us!

All products are shipped via USPS, UPS. Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Danae Alpaca & Co.  and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer. Purchase insurance for packing misplacement or loss for the value of your order and we will cover it.
